Gratitude

I am grateful for my family, for the love in my life, for my health and security.  I am grateful for the stars shining through our bedroom window in the evening, and the sun sparkling through in the morning.  I am grateful for the delighted laughter of our grandchildren, and the miraculous unfolding of their lives.

I am grateful for the ability I have to send out prayers, support and goodness to the many of us who have lost these things, who struggle daily to feed themselves and their children.  I am grateful that I can help in small ways.
